Welcome to the Blog!
Cooking has always been a fun pass-time for me and my siblings, and it has quickly become one of my favorite hobbies to try and improve. Because I have enjoyed it so much, I have decided to try and challenge myself by making food that is slightly out of my comfort zone and that I genuinely enjoy: Indian food. My sister hooked me on Indian food the first time I tried her chicken curry, and ever since then, we occasionally go out and try different Indian food joints to see what tastes good to us. The goal of this blog is to teach people what I’ve learned about making multiple Indian dishes and tell you a little about what they mean cultural wise. I plan to dive deeper into Indian culture than just reading recipes, and to share what I learn with you all. Maybe I can find some similarities on the dishes and share something interesting so that everyone can learn a little more about India. There are hundreds of unique dishes that India has to offer, but I only have so much time and skill. So, I’ll be focusing on dishes that are somewhat simple to make and won’t take too much time or preparation.
I plan to cook and show:
- Chicken Curry
- Hummus
- Garlic Na’an Bread (Flatbread)
- Tandoori Chicken
- Malai Kofta
- Chicken Pakora
- Egg Potato Kabab
In no Particular Order.
